Do you charge more for larger vehicles?

Yes — for SUVs, trucks, and larger vehicles we add a size surcharge: +$49 for interior packages, +$10 for exterior only, and +$49 for any full detail package. Just let us know your vehicle when booking.
Do I need to remove my belongings before you arrive?

Yes, please remove personal items, child seats, and anything in the trunk before we arrive. If the car has items that need clearing, we charge a $20 clutter fee to handle it ourselves.
What do you need from me on the day?

We need access to electricity (an outdoor outlet) and water (a garden hose connection). Alternatively, you’re welcome to bring the vehicle to our shop in Palo Alto and we’ll handle everything there.
What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Venmo, or Zelle — collected after the job is done to your satisfaction. $20 deposit required to confirm booking.
How long does a detail take?

Exterior ~1hr • Interior 2–3hrs • Basic 1.5–2.5hrs • Gold 3–4hrs • Premium 5–6hrs. We never rush — quality first.
